This year Uticuse Rugby Club was offered the opportunity to be sponsored by a local business in order to purchase new rugby kits!

We have happily accepted a sponsorship from Meier’s Creek Brewing Company and look forward to working with them on local events and activities!

We have also welcomed four other local businesses that our team loves to purchase patches on our jerseys and shorts.

This year on June 4th, 2022 thanks to our sponsors, the competing rugby teams and the merchandise sales driven by our hard working Uticuse team mates we were able to raise $4,656.00 in profits to donate to Griffin’s Guardians! The donation was able to be made in the beginning of August after some payment delays. This was one of our biggest Ruck Cancer fundraisers yet with team and spectator attendance as well as donation amount raised!

We want to thank everyone who came out for our 8th Annual Ruck Cancer Benefit 10s Tournament on May 18th, 2019! The day was a huge success, and we were able to raise enough money to donate $3800.00 to our beneficiary, Positively Pink Packages, one of our most successful years to date. This money will go towards giving care packages and information to newly diagnosed breast cancer patients in the Central New York area. See more about what they do on their website
