This year on June 4th, 2022 thanks to our sponsors, the competing rugby teams and the merchandise sales driven by our hard working Uticuse team mates we were able to raise $4,656.00 in profits to donate to Griffin’s Guardians! The donation was able to be made in the beginning of August after some payment delays. This was one of our biggest Ruck Cancer fundraisers yet with team and spectator attendance as well as donation amount raised!
The event was a huge success with great weather all day. Thank you to all our participants, spectators, sponsors, and Griffin’s Guardians representatives for all the fun in the sun!
Our women’s team winner was Team Pretty taking home the cup, and our men’s team that came out on top was the Mountaineers.
